Quality Counts

“Quality is not an act, it is a habit.” Aristotle

My responsibility as a coach and consultant is to exhibit quality and excellence - credibility. A habit I have developed is to reflect on the day. Based on my reflections, I determine what behaviors I need to do more, which ones I need to stop and which ones I need to start. I ask for forgiveness on the “oops” to re-gain my credibility.

Amazing, the quality of my work and my life has gotten better.
