I teach what I most have to learn, trust and people smarts . I remember the days people hid from me as I walked down the halls at Exxon. Every moment was an effort as I tried to succeed on my own… in spite of “them.” What I learned, self-effort is futile.
The more I have become conscious, kind and built trust with others, the better each moment gets emotionally, mentally and physically, too. It takes continuous effort for me not to slip into my self-defeating behaviors that sabotage me, my happiness and success… my trust quotient.
